PRE-ORDERS
We work with our manufacturing partners to provide the most accurate estimates when placing an order; however, we cannot guarantee shipping dates. AYOAT will provide weekly or bi-weekly updates via the newsletter, depending on the production progress.
SHIPPING RATES
Worldwide shipping available. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via UPS or DHL Express. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
International customers may be subject to duties and fees, which are out of our control. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees and have no way of calculating the charge before an order is placed. These fees will be levied to you upon arrival of your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3-5 business days to process all orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please open an investigation with the carrier. We will not replace any packages. RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If you were sent the wrong item or if the product is defective, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs and fees for returns are to be covered by the receiver.
